| On 26 november mad scientist are going to try to recreate the big bang. Using the large hadron collider in geneva. They say there's a small chance that they will create a black hole big enough to suck up the earth and the rest of the solar system in time. |

| Works for me... any excuse to kick back in my lawn chair with a mai-tai and watch the world go by... or in this case, watch the world go bye-bye. |

Well you can kick back forever, according to some theories, time will be delayed the closer you get to a black hole. |

| I wonder whether or not they find out if all particles have supersymmetric, or "SUSY" partners? |

Run, tofu. RUN!!
Actually, its only a very small chance that they would create a blackhole at the LHC. And it won't be soon, as their magnets blew up recently (sabotage, or just accident?) But anyway, isn't it worth risking global destruction to advance a very small and esoteric subfield of science that only a few thousand people on the planet even understand? |

But it would make world and life even more intense and interesting if we had a black hole in our neighborhood. |
